Terms & Conditions – Home Maintenance Services
1. Services Provided
We provide professional home maintenance services, including but not limited to cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repair works. The scope of work will be clearly communicated before commencement.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our official platform, phone, or email.
- Service charges are based on the type of work, duration, and materials used.
- Full or partial payment may be required before the service begins.
- Payments must be made through approved payment methods only.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge.
- Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the premises at the agreed time.
- Provide accurate details about the maintenance issue.
- Secure valuable items before service begins. We are not responsible for misplaced personal belongings.
5. Materials & Warranty
- If materials are supplied by us, they will be billed separately (unless included in the package).
- Warranty on labor or parts (if any) will be communicated in writing.
- Warranty is void if third-party tampering or misuse occurs.
6. Liability
- We take utmost care while providing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or hidden issues.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Health & Safety
- Our team follows safety protocols during all services.
- Customers must ensure a safe working environment (e.g., pets secured, hazardous areas cleared).
